Choices worth considering
Decide whether to spend limited glowing stones on residents, new buildings, or defense. Where you invest the same resource changes how your village prepares.
DYDY PRESENTS JANHWA
Grow a village together. Protect the light that keeps it alive.
WE ARE DYDY
DYDY creates experiences where your choices change the game world. We are bringing that vision to life through the days and nights of Janhwa.
Meet DYDYOUR GAME
01A village to protect.
A tomorrow to share.
Build a village with its residents by day. Stand against incoming monsters by night. Janhwa is a single-player PC game combining village management, defense, and direct combat.

Prepare, defend, and rebuild for another day.

01 / GROW THE VILLAGE
Recruit residents, assign roles, and grow your village. Decide how to spend your limited glowing stones as you prepare for the coming night.

02 / PROTECT THE LIGHT
Fight incoming monsters yourself. Defend the village with your residents and structures, then rebuild and expand when the next day arrives.

The experiences we create
DYDY began operating as a game studio in June 2026. We create experiences in which player choices shape growth, combat, and the game world.
We are developing Janhwa for our first commercial release. This PC defense and management simulation connects daytime village management with nighttime defense, putting our focus on choices and their consequences into play.

We design play around consequences that carry forward. In Janhwa, resources, residents, buildings, and defenses belong to one connected village.
Decide whether to spend limited glowing stones on residents, new buildings, or defense. Where you invest the same resource changes how your village prepares.
Your daytime preparations affect the night's defense. Damage taken at night shapes the next day's repairs and expansion. Each decision builds on the results of the last.
Residents' roles, construction, and defenses share the same village and resources. We design these different ways to play as one continuous experience.
Janhwa's visual identity draws on Korean landscapes, architecture, and atmosphere. Alongside its systems, these details give the game world a distinctive character.
HOW WE CREATE
Our internal production team connects game design and art direction with Unity/C# systems development and 2D and 3D asset creation.
We define gameplay and visual direction, then create the designs and 2D and 3D assets. For Janhwa, this includes translating Korean nature and architecture into the game's visual world.
We divide responsibilities across systems design and Unity client development, integrating resident recruitment, role assignment, construction, and defense.
We have built a prototype that connects the core day-and-night loop, from gathering and spending resources to managing residents, building, defending at night, and repairing barriers.
